I. Express implementation and maintenance services |
|
(a) |
It is imperative that you have good business analyst(s). |
|
(b) |
You submit an online subscription form for our service(s), or contact us by phone or email. |
|
(c) |
We assess our resource availability and advise you of the outcome. |
|
(d) |
If we have resources available, you provide us with your logical/physical model. |
|
(e) |
We assess your logical/physical model and advise you whether we accept it. |
|
(f) |
If we accept your model, we proceed with the implementation. You (or we) deploy the implementation to your UAT environment once it is completed. |
|
(g) |
You test the implementaion and either accept it or request modifications to it. |
|
(h) |
When you accept the implementation, you (or we) deploy the implementation to your production environment. |
|
(i) |
The subsequent maintenance will be a cycle of your request and design, our acceptance and implementation of your design, your test, and the migration of the implementation to your production environment. |

II. Fast design, development and maintenance services |
|
(a) |
You submit an online subscription form for our service(s), or contact us by phone or email. |

(b) |
We assess our resource availability and advise you of the outcome. |

(c) |
If we have resources available, you will be asked to provide
requirement documentation. |

(d) |
After the receipt of your documentation, we provide
an overall design and a plan of small iterations for the development. |
|
(e) |
We use our express implementation service to complete each iteration if possible. You (or we) deploy the implementation to your UAT environment |
|
(f) |
You test each iteration and either accept it or request modifications to it. |
|
(i) |
When you accept the implementation, you (or we) deploy the implementation to your production environment. |
|
(g) |
At the end of each iteration, you and we together review the progress
and adjust future iterations, before starting the next iteration. |
